Tustin’s older ranch-style homes have a specific look — low rooflines, particular window proportions — and an addition that ignores that ends up looking bolted on. Busy Bee matches new construction to the original house’s lines so a Tustin room addition reads as part of the home, not an obvious add-on, whether it’s a single room or a full second story.
We manage City of Tustin permitting and structural engineering as part of the build, with a fixed price before construction starts.
