In Old Towne Orange’s period homes, we try to keep bathroom remodels feeling true to the house — period-appropriate tile patterns and fixture styles — while completely updating what’s actually behind the walls. Old galvanized plumbing and outdated wiring are common finds once we open things up, and we handle both as part of the remodel.
We manage City of Orange permitting, including historic-district review where it applies to your property.
