Tustin’s character homes often have good bones and outdated everything else — original electrical, old plumbing, layouts that don’t match how people live now. Busy Bee full-home remodels keep what makes these houses worth keeping while bringing every system and every room up to modern standards, all under one coordinated project.
We manage all City of Tustin permitting for the project as a single coordinated submittal.
