A lot of Anaheim Hills homes have kitchens facing the view, and the remodels we do here usually try to open that up further — bigger windows, an island oriented toward the hillside, less wall between the kitchen and the space that has the view. Busy Bee designs the layout around what your lot actually looks out on.
We manage City of Anaheim permitting for the remodel, including any structural changes a bigger opening requires.
